Tina Moore is a professional singer, actor, writer and a woman in her 40′s who shares how she changed her life.

Founder of, Jog4Joy, a 5k walk / run event to raise awareness for mental and emotional wellness, Tina is passionate about creating change and speaking about depression and anxiety and other mental illnesses.

Tina made her mental and emotional health a priority transforming her life from depression to sustaining joy. She openly shares how she processed her pain, gained courage to end toxic relationships and started listening to her instinct.

Tina is a teacher by trade and her students will also add:  “She is a teacher of life. She has no problem sharing her experiences and being so open, honest and extremely insightful. I learned far more than how to sing from Tina, I learned how to live”.

With her professional training and performance experience she opened up her own company teaching children and adults vocal technique, musical theatre and speech and drama with the emphasis on building self esteem.

At the age of 39 Tina was having a birthday alone when she made a LIFE CHANGING DECISION:

“I am going to live my 40’s better than I lived my 30’s.”

Like many men and women her age, Tina felt stuck, a little lost, overworked and frustrated because she couldn’t sustain a joyful, inspiring life. Her life was unbalanced and she needed a drastic change.

“If I was going to have a midlife crisis, I wanted it to be a POSITIVE one.”

Tina decided to jog 40 kilometers on her 40th birthday.

Now for people who exercise on a regular basis this may not seem too daunting of a goal, but TINA HAD NEVER EXERCISED IN HER LIFE!

“I was a bona fide slug and proud of it. I HATED exercise. I’d rather have a cold shower than run in the rain. At least with a cold shower you still just stand there…”

Not only did Tina achieve and truly celebrate this monumental goal of running 40k on her 40th birthday, she also went through a process of really discovering who she was, where she came from and what she’s made of.

“Running 40k on my birthday was one of the best days of my life. Jogging has opened up my life in a way I had never dreamed possible. I am now SUSTAINING HAPPINESS AND JOY. My life is FUN now! Jogging gives me the tools to handle all the other areas of my life. It truly is the very best thing I’ve ever done in my life, for my life.”

Tina shares openly how she went from being a couch potato to running 40k and loving it! She explains the process of how she took a large, overwhelming goal and broke it down to a manageable one. She shares her journey from living a life of deep sadness, isolation, anxiety, being overworked and chronically tired to living a more authentic, happier, motivated, and fulfilling life.
